All rules set forth for the JUNIORUN NEW DELHI 2017 (2ND EDITION) have been established in order to protect the safety of the participants. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated in helping everyone to enjoy the run.
THE EVENT IS OPEN TO BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS BELOW THE AGE OF 18.
THE DECISION OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE SHALL BE FINAL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER RELATING TO THE EVENT.
THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES
THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR ADD ANY RACE CATEGORY WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE.
THE ORGANIZERS WILL NOT ENTERTAIN NOR BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE ENTRY DETAILS IN THE REGISTRATION FORM.
A PARTICIPANT IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER HIS OR HER RACE ENTRY TO ANOTHER PARTY OR CHANGE RACE CATEGORIES AFTER HIS OR HER REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED.
JUNIORUN ORGANIZERS AND OFFICIALS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE, PERSONAL, OR OTHERWISE, TO THE BELONGINGS AND ITEMS LOST DURING THE EVENT. AUTHORIZED SECURITY PERSONNEL ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO OPEN AND EXAMINE ANY ITEM OR BAGGAGE FOR SECURITY PURPOSE.
The city police department reserves the right to cancel the permission for the event at any time. In such a situation, or in case the event date or location is changed due to political rally, natural disaster or any other event outside the control of the organizers, the organizers will hold the event at the next available and convenient date. In such a case there will be no refund of registration fees.
JUNIORUN NEW DELHI 2017 (2ND EDITION) has "No Refund Policy" for registration.
Parent/guardians of the participants must agree to the terms and conditions and sign the entry form. Any offline registration forms which are not signed shall be rejected. There is no race day registration. Registration for the race is only confirmed upon payment and issuance of the bib numbers. All participants must have the applicant waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian (online forms - by agreeing to terms and conditions; offline forms - must be physically signed) Once registered, there will not be the refund of the registration fee.
